Job summary

Curtis Hospitality Group seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager in Anderson, SC. You will lead the restaurant’s operation, drive profitability, and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, maintain safety and quality standards, and collaborate with district leadership on local marketing and community initiatives. Weekly pay and growth opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and improve profitability using key metrics.
• Grow sales and strengthen restaurant performance.
• Lead the team with clear expectations and coaching.
• Hire, train, certify, recognize, and develop staff.
• Maintain high standards for service quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Review performance, identify root causes, take corrective actions.
• Build staffing plans supporting retention and performance.
• Ensure compliance with Burger King standards and policies.
• Manage inventory, waste, cash controls, and maintenance.
• Partner with district leadership and support marketing/community initiatives.
• Create a culture of respect, support, and recognition.
