Qualifications

• Three to five years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record in managing COGS and labor.
• Excellent customer service and employee relations skills.
• Detail oriented with the capability to oversee all aspects of the business in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages all areas of restaurant and makes final decisions on matters of importance.
• Ensures PRIDE systems and routines are incorporated into day-to-day operations.
• Responsible for development and achievement of location's game plan with the DM.
• Ensures guest service meets company standards.
• Responds to customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Works with local chamber and schools to increase restaurant sales.
• Staffs, trains and develops assistant managers and hourly employees through orientations and feedback.
• Manages staffing schedules for all day parts and sales volumes.
• Manages restaurant P&L to optimize profit, controls COGS, Labor, and Controllables.
• Performs other duties as requested by DM.
