Job summary

Dairy Queen General Manager in Lexington, KY leads store operations with full accountability for growth and profitability, delivering brand standards and local compliance. This salaried role requires about 50 hours weekly and strong leadership to recruit, train, and retain a best-in-class team.

You’ll oversee P&L, inventory, labor and scheduling, and ensure excellent guest experiences, while adhering to policy, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a restaurant general manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory, labor, and scheduling.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
