Costa Vida is seeking a vibrant Restaurant General Manager to lead by example and interact directly with our guests. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary plus bonus, with the flexibility to manage mornings, afternoons, and evenings. You will own the performance of all activities within the restaurant and uphold Costa Vida standards. Costa Vida encourages strong teamwork and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years restaurant management experience; supervises at least 5 employees.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and proof of insurance.
• Must be reachable 24/7; open-door policy with team.
• Proficient in common software: Word, Excel, and email systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet Costa Vida standards.
• Ensure food safety, HACCP compliance, and quality control.
• Develop and execute staffing plans and interview weekly.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Engage guests to deliver outstanding service and drive sales.
