Costa Vida - Playa Del Sol is seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead operations and engage guests. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary plus bonus with flexible scheduling across mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

The GM is accountable for all activities within the restaurant, ensuring adherence to the business plan while delegating tasks to the Assistant General Manager and seeking guidance from the District Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience in restaurant management is typical but not explicitly stated; leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and guest interactions to ensure a superior experience.
• Ensure food safety HACCP compliance and proper food handling.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor planning.
