Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive sales, control inventory and labor, and maintain quality and sanitation standards. You will supervise associates and build a high-performance team aligned with brand goals.

The role requires at least two years in a leadership role in restaurant, hospitality, or retail, and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Travel occasional; expect 50+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role in restaurant, hospitality or retail with responsibility for financial outcomes and direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial commitments and guest satisfaction goals.
• Maintain high energy to motivate associates and satisfy guest needs.
• Ensure food, beverage and service quality meet or exceed standards.
• Recruit, interview, hire and conduct performance appraisals for associates.
• Develop and implement succession plans for associates.
• Provide disciplinary action when applicable.
• Ensure reports are completed, cash handling procedures followed, assets maintained and inventories controlled.
• Analyze systems, procedures and trends to guide strategic improvements in restaurant operations.
