Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Good references.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong conflict-resolution and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff to operate the restaurant per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule staff and manage labor costs to meet standards.
• Train management and crew; evaluate performance and develop improvement plans.
• Maintain positive relationships and provide coaching as needed.
