Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff to operate the restaurant per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule staff to cover guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train management and crew, evaluate performance, and design development plans.
• Maintain cooperative relationships and coach staff as needed.
• Lead crew and management meetings on procedures, safety, and training.
• Control inventory and maintain food cost variance standards.
• Maintain records per company standards and regulations.
• Oversee building/equipment maintenance and cash handling.
• Ensure professional appearance and adherence to policies.
• Support HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
