Job summary

The Restaurant General Manager at Burger King Toledo oversees daily operations, drives profitability, guest satisfaction, people development and smooth restaurant performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant General Manager experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L and restaurant profitability.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L and drive profitability for the restaurant.
• Lead guest service initiatives to exceed guest expectations.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop restaurant team members.
• Manage labor, scheduling, and shift coverage.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and brand standards.
• Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinator when needed.
