Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with people leadership.
• 4+ years in similar roles preferred.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of restaurant maintenance programs.

• Experience in recruiting and coaching teams.
• Adaptable to change and able to support change management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop and implement training plans, mentor managers and team members.
• Recognize and reward performance; foster equity and inclusion.
• Address conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure a great experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and lead CHAMPS standards and rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage budget, and drive profitability.
• Monitor competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs.
