Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads, ensuring a strong, well-prepared team.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan, mentoring managers and trainers, and overseeing execution of training initiatives.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance and foster an inclusive environment.
• Address and resolve conflicts promptly, maintaining a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service levels and coach the management team on CHAMPS standards.
• Lead product rollout meetings to ensure successful implementation.
• Analyze restaurant financials, manage the budget, and develop strategies to maximize profitability.
• Monitor competitors and aim to exceed standards in digital presence and loyalty programs.
