Responsibilities include staff development, cost control, scheduling, training, and compliance with SERV Safe and DRG standards. The role requires leadership, reliability and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• Serv Safe certification required; health card per local/state requirements.
• Average 45-hour work week with nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation; clear criminal background check; valid MVR.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a high-potential restaurant team.
• Drive world-class operations and exceptional customer service.
• Manage P&L to maximize profitability and control costs.
• Lead and communicate with upper management and store staff.
• Provide ongoing training and feedback for continuous growth.
• Uphold DRG values and foster inclusive, respectful culture.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
