Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Ability to assist with P&L management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations in GM's absence while upholding brand standards.
• Coach and recognize team, manage scheduling and labor costs.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members; ensure food safety & Core standards.
• Support with cash control, inventory, and health & safety policies.
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance appraisals to staff.
