KBP Foods is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for our Indianapolis location. Lead a team, drive profitability, and implement effective service and operations strategies to ensure guest satisfaction and sustainable results.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, manage cash and inventory, and uphold high standards of quality and safety in a fast-paced environment. This role offers robust benefits, training, and a clear path for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview, hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers.
• Coach and train staff in operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience with quality product.
