The Ruby Slipper Cafe in Mobile, Alabama is hiring a General Manager for our brunch-focused brand. You will lead daily restaurant operations, supervise both FOH and BOH staff, and drive guest satisfaction across a busy, full-service concept.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of General Manager experience in a fast paced, high volume, full service restaurant
• FOH and BOH experience required
• A strong leader who values staff and delivers an exceptional dining experience
