Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group's Taco Bell unit in Forest Grove, OR is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and model outstanding hospitality and food quality.

You will manage staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and performance reviews, ensure compliance with safety and sanitation, and maintain a welcoming, efficient, and profitable restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• 6+ months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost categories (food, labor, cash, controllable expenses) per guidelines.
• Drive sales growth by improving speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain adequate staffing for all days/shift parts.
• Conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and AGM.
• Hire and train new crew and leaders; coach staff to improve performance.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with sanitation rules.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Provide timely feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
