Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong preference for internal promotion who completed learning zone training.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can‑do attitude.
• Good hygiene and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Control costs (food, labor, cash, controllables) per guidelines and budget.
• Drive sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain adequate staffing for all days and shifts.
• Conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and assistant GMs.
• Hire and onboard new crew and supervisors.
• Coach, train and develop staff to achieve certification and performance goals.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food-safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Maintain a safe restaurant environment and address repairs with maintenance.
