Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking an experienced Managing Partner / General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant in Reston, VA. You will be hands-on, build strong teams, drive accountability, and oversee operational and financial performance.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, coaching managers and hourly staff, maintaining guest satisfaction, and managing P&L, labor, and cost controls. The role emphasizes leadership, standards, and growth opportunities within the brand.
