Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations and drive profitability at a single Colorado location. The RGM reports to the District Manager and leads 20-45 staff including an Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinators.

The role emphasizes P&L management, guest satisfaction, and team development while maintaining brand standards and community engagement. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L management & drivers of restaurant profitability.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and guest service understanding.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work long or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Has primary accountability for the restaurant P&L and actively manages toward financial outcomes.
• Reviews key P&L lines to increase profitability.
• Drives sales through proactive guest service, people development and operations management.
• Motivates and directs team members to exceed guest expectations with friendly, fast service.
• Manages guest experience through operations and timely response to issues.
• Identifies and engages with community for local marketing initiatives.
• Leads recruitment and selection to build and retain an effective team.
• Onboards new team members and guides through certification.
• Provides coaching to improve restaurant performance.
• Manages labor with optimal staffing and scheduling.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and brand standards.
• Performs duties of Assistant Manager & Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.
