Job summary

Burger King in Colorado seeks a General Manager to lead a team of 15–30 staff, oversee operations, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will hire, train, and coach employees, manage inventory, and drive store performance.

Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, and maintaining quality standards while meeting safety and financial targets. Overtime and weekend hours are required as business dictates.

Qualifications

• Ability to use basic math, addition, subtraction, and basic fractions.
• Required to stand for long periods of time, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
• Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manages a staff of 15–30 employees depending on location.
• Assigns, oversees, and evaluates work for compliance.
• Manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline, and termination of employees.
• Provides on the job training and coaching for new employees.
• Delegates and is responsible for ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of supplies to ensure minimum loss from waste or theft.
• Assists in supervision, preparation, sales, and service of food.
• Forecasts food items by estimating consumption per shift.
• Supervises food preparation and service operations.
• Assists team members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency.
• Greet customers, take orders, use cash register, assemble orders, check for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure world-class customer service.
• Complete daily food preparations and inventory.
• Conducts weekly manager meetings and audits systems and end of shift paperwork.
• Maintains store equipment and supplies; 100% cash drawer control.
