Job summary

Applegreen USA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Burger King location in South Carolina. The GM leads daily operations, drives profitability, and oversees a team including an Assistant Manager and crew members, reporting to the District Manager.

The role requires flexible scheduling, strong leadership, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office to support operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability.
• Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience, experience in management preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single restaurant to maintain quality and service.
• Manage restaurant P&L and drive profitability through guest service and efficiency.
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver fast, accurate service in a clean facility.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and retention.
• Address guest concerns promptly and develop action plans for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards while managing staffing.
