Job summary

Applegreen USA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Burger King location in South Carolina. The GM leads daily operations, focusing on profitability, guest satisfaction, people development, and compliance with standards.

The role supervises a team of Assistant Managers and Crew Members, manages P&L, schedules, and safety/regulatory compliance to ensure fast, friendly service and a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience, management preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• The GM has overall responsibility for managing the daily operations of a single restaurant.
• Has primary accountability for the restaurant profit and loss and drives toward financial outcomes.
• Drives sales through guest service, people development and operational management.
• Motivates and directs team members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Manages labor with optimal staffing and scheduling.
• Enforces compliance with regulations, employment laws and brand standards.
• Performs duties of the Assistant Manager when necessary.
