Applegreen USA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Burger King location in South Carolina. The GM leads daily operations, drives profitability, and ensures guest satisfaction while directing a team of Assistant Managers, shift leaders, and crew.

The role requires strong P&L acumen, leadership, and hands-on management across all restaurant functions, with flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Exemption/salary status applies.

Qualifications

• P&L management experience and profit focus for a single restaurant.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service principles.
• Ability to manage time, deadlines and objectives.
• Experience in supervising a team and coaching staff.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain high standards.
• Own the restaurant P&L and drive profitability.
• Lead guest service, people development, and operations management.
• Motivate staff to deliver accurate, friendly, fast service.
• Address guest issues promptly with a proactive action plan.
• Coordinate local community engagement and marketing initiatives.
