Wendy's franchise seeks a General Manager for our Southeast Restaurant Group location in Alabama. You will lead a fast-paced team, deliver fresh, quality Wendy’s menu items, and ensure outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing employees, conducting orientation, designing training plans, scheduling, addressing performance issues, resolving customer concerns, and driving People, Customer Service, and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team or similar environment.
• Proven ability to hire, train and develop staff.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
