Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• Ability to lead staffing, training and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Meets budgeted sales targets and drives profit by controlling costs.
• Develops and executes a local store marketing plan in response to market conditions.
• Hires, trains and manages store managers and crew to execute company standards.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and resolves complaints promptly to maintain quality.
• Maintains safe, clean and compliant store operations and drives quality.
