Wendy's in Demopolis, AL is seeking a General Manager to execute the store plan, drive sales, manage costs and lead staffing. You will oversee operations, staffing, training and customer service to maximize profits and satisfaction.

The role requires 1-2 years in restaurant management, knowledge of Wendy's standards, and ability to plan budgets and analyze P&L. A college degree or equivalent ops experience is preferred. On-site leadership with hands-on coaching will be essential.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1-2 years management / operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures.
• P&L analysis and corrective measures.
• Supervisory practices.
• Planning and budgeting.

Responsabilités

• Meets budgeted sales targets and sets controllable cost targets.
• Develops and executes a local store marketing plan to promote Wendy's in the community.
• Trains store personnel to execute company standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.).
• Manages staffing, scheduling and bench strength for the management team.
• Reviews budget, P&L and communicates variances to the District Manager.
• Maintains store cleanliness, inventory levels and customer satisfaction.
