Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Alabama to support the General Manager by coaching the team and creating a fun, inviting work environment. You will identify 5 Star Talent and place the right people in the right places at the right time through effective scheduling.

This role focuses on managing daily operations, driving sales and profits, training team members, and maintaining excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness, while ensuring teamwork and completing

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations.
• At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Coach team and create a fun, inviting work environment where staff feel respected and valued.
• Identify 5 Star Talent and place the right people in the right roles through effective scheduling.
• Manage daily operations and staff with support from the GM or District Manager.
• Support Driving Sales and Profits, Training, and Running a Great Restaurant with Excellent Food Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Drive Teamwork and complete administrative tasks as required.
