Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years QSR managing role or 1 year in a full-service managing role.
• Minimum 21 years of age preferred.
• Open availability for 46+ hours per week with 4 night shifts based on need.
• Current certifications for all stations in BOH/FOH unless noted.

• Oversees and directs team members to meet service-time goals and deliver accurate orders.
• Ensures high-quality products meet company standards and teaches station responsibilities.
