Expect 50-hour weeks, weekend coverage, and accountability for store KPIs, inventory control, and cost management. Hoogland Restaurant Group oversees franchise operations and growth.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or similar service operation.
• Restaurant experience highly preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members and manage shifts.
• Willing to work roughly 50 hours per week, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs by managing staffing, payroll, benefits and performance reviews.
• Source and interview store employees to hire aligned with our values.
• Train team on processes, policies and world-class operation standards.
• Ensure inventory par levels, ordering, weekly and end-of-period inventories.
