Qualifications

• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.

• Knowledge of inventory and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, performance feedback, and internal communications.
• Maintain inventory par levels and ordering to control costs.
• Support marketing events and promotions to boost store sales.
• Ensure store security and proper deposits handling.
