Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and build a strong, capable team. This role emphasizes accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment to enhance guest experiences and drive business results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Provide a restaurant that delivers great food and a friendly experience for guests.

• Lead scheduling and labor management to ensure performance and standards.
