Role Overview

The Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager leads the team, establishes the work environment, and ensures high levels of customer hospitality. Responsibilities include managing restaurant operations, hiring and developing staff, conducting orientations, scheduling, addressing performance and customer issues, and managing budgets and financial plans. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• High School Diploma or GED; College or University Degree preferred
• 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer skills
• Preference for internal promotion from Assistant General Manager
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Reliable transportation required
• Basic business math, accounting, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Physical ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift, carry, and clean outdoor grounds
• Stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 80% of shift
