Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

• Understanding of P&L and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a departmental strategy aligned with property and brand.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve goals and maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of managers and hourly staff.
• Monitor financial performance, optimize labor and food costs, and drive guest satisfaction.
