Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group seeks a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, ensuring Team Members are hospitality-focused and meet performance expectations. You will report to the District Manager and supervise Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years management experience in quick service/fast food.
• Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed, including proper installation of POP and menu boards.
• Ensure restaurant is staffed properly and Team Members are trained through training programs.
• Open and operate the restaurant during Business Hours as defined by leadership.
• Provide leadership to create excitement, enthusiasm, and commitment to company objectives.
• Review preliminary P/Ls with District Manager and address questions.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies to provide a safe environment.
