Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities of an assigned restaurant.

• Recruit, interview, hire, promote, discipline and terminate staff per policy.
• Supervise and help prepare food meeting brand standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and report issues to supervisors.
• Ensure the restaurant opens and closes on time; maintain cleanliness.
• Adhere to cash procedures and foster a safe working environment.
• Perform admin duties like scheduling, ordering, inventory checks, and maintenance requests.
