Responsibilities

Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are prepared and executed correctly.
Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.
Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.
Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
Execute new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling.
Control costs to help maximize profitability.
Complete regular restaurant inventory and financial reporting.
Complete weekly schedules ensuring shifts meet guest demand and service standards.
