Dunkin' Donuts is seeking motivated General Managers to lead and grow a multi-site restaurant operation across the Midwest. You will supervise staff, train teams, and oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and profitable results.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with all applicable laws.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are prepared and executed correctly and consistently.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Control costs to help maximize profitability.
• Completion of regular restaurant inventory and financial reporting.
• Completion of weekly schedule ensuring all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standards.
