• General Manager experience running high-volume restaurants.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills for Department and Shift Managers.
• Ability to set goals, develop plans, and drive performance to meet quality, service and cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to work in a franchisee-owned restaurant environment.
