Responsibilities include controlling budget and payroll, ensuring food safety and quality, honoring local health codes, promoting the brand in the community, and delivering strong financial results while coaching and developing people.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management and health codes.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations and hospitality standards.
• Demonstrated leadership with coaching focus and financial acumen.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and manage payroll/scheduling.

Responsibilities
