Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail.
• Profit and loss responsibility; quick service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physically capable of lifting, standing, and operating restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by controlling cash, inventory, and labor.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members and Shift Managers.
• Coach and train staff to maintain operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts and ensure a clean, welcoming restaurant.
