KBP Bells, part of KBP Brands and a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy restaurant team, ensure top-notch guest experiences, and uphold high food quality and service standards.

The role focuses on driving results, developing staff, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Excellent leadership and a passion for hospitality are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train all employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.
