Job summary

KBP Bells, a franchisee of Taco Bell, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, inspire teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our New York-area locations.

As GM, you will drive profitability, recruit and coach staff, ensure food quality and safety, manage inventories, and uphold brand standards. A strong leadership track record and the ability to close shifts several nights per week are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train all employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.
