Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with profit and loss responsibility.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing and hiring store leaders.
• Focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and quality food.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash, inventory and labor.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and ASM.
• Coach and train staff to deliver operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Ensure a friendly guest experience and quality product.
