Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, hire and develop a high-performing team, and drive exceptional guest experiences. You’ll manage scheduling, P&L, and compliance while delivering strong sales and customer satisfaction.

You will recruit, train, and coach crew and shift leaders, ensuring accurate digital order delivery and a guest-obsessed culture across all hours of operation.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting.
• Ability to lead teams and develop staff across shifts and roles.
• Strong hospitality focus and guest-centric attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience
• Be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and hiring
• Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices
• Direct team members to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, schedules, P&L, and sales forecasting
• Maintain clean dining room and guest-ready restaurant
• Uphold food safety and compliance standards
• Drive overall financial success including annual sales and cash flow plans
• Work schedule includes lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts across all hours of operation
