You’ll oversee scheduling, P&L management, food safety, and sales forecasting, ensuring meals are served accurately and on time. This role requires guest-first leadership and a commitment to Chipotle’s mission of Cultivating a Better World.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting.
• A Guest Obsessed passion for hospitality and service excellence.
• Ability to lead teams, develop people, and manage daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and hiring, people processes and performance management.
• Train and develop crew members and leaders using Chipotle training tools.
• Direct our team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, scheduling, P&L, and sales forecasting.
• Maintain a clean dining room and guest-ready environment.
• Uphold food safety, operations, and compliance standards.
• Drive annual sales and cash flow plan attainment.
• Work a schedule covering lunch, dinner, and weekends.
