Job summary

Royal Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead Burger King locations in Georgia, including St. Marys.

You will drive sales, guest satisfaction, and overall operational excellence while coaching, developing, and motivating your team to deliver fast, friendly service. Requires high school diploma, 21+, 2+ years of Quick Service or fast casual restaurant management, P&L experience, ServSafe certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to work evenings, weekends,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum 2 years of Quick Service or Fast Casual restaurant management experience.
• Experience managing restaurant financials and P&L performance.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Current ServSafe Food Safety certification.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
