KBP Brands, the operator behind KFC franchises, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Omaha, NE to lead a high-performing team and drive restaurant results. You will oversee daily operations, manage labor and inventory, and coach staff to deliver a quality guest experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of RGM experience with P&L responsibility, 18+ years old, and the ability to close shifts. We offer comprehensive benefits, bonus opportunities, and ongoing development within a growing

Competenze

• At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Mansioni

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.
