KBP Brands is hiring an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant in Omaha, NE. You will lead and coach the team, ensure outstanding guest service, and manage daily operations, costs, and safety standards to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand/walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule and coach your team to create a positive, productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly for memorable experiences.
• Oversee daily operations: inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
