Responsabilités

• Lead and coach the Co-Manager and Department Manager to set goals and monitor progress.
• Hire, develop, and retain a strong management team to prepare the restaurant for the future.
• Collaborate with market leadership to set restaurant goals and execute plans to achieve them.
