McDonald's in Morgantown, WV is seeking a Co-General Manager to support the General Manager and to lead the restaurant and team when the GM is unavailable.

You will oversee systems to run a profitable operation and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s guest service standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The Co-GM collaborates with the GM to set goals and develop plans to achieve them.

Responsibilities

• Co-General Manager is responsible for working with and supporting the General Manager at an assigned location and leads the restaurant and team in the GM's absence.
• Oversees all systems that contribute to running a profitable restaurant and ensures McDonald’s guest service standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness are met.
• Assists the GM in leading the management team, providing coaching and direction to improve team performance and staffing.
